Amazing and clean hotel with really helpful staff. A lot of savoury food for meals. Comfortable location in a fairly nice area really close to the restaurant, the water park and facilities, and Tanzania.

I had a great time at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. The location within the amusement park was perfect, giving access to all the facilities. The cleanliness was impressive, and the hotel facilities were exceptional.

Had a great Thanksgiving with my friends! the complementary wine and cheese were a nice touch, and the view from the balcony was amazing! the location was perfect - close to the city and shops.
The service was absolutely terrible. the staff was unhelpful and had a terrible attitude.

Located within an amusement park, this resort offers endless fun activities of all ages. the staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating, making the stay even more enjoyable. Rooms are spacious and come with all necessary amenities, while the bathroom is clean and well-maintained. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to satisfy any taste palate. Guests can also enjoy the tree top area for an excellent view of the surroundings. With fun facilities like a night club, pool table, darts and table tennis, it's hard to run out of options for a good time.

We recently had a wonderful romantic escape at this resort. The ambiance was perfect, and the location was ideal for relaxation. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a variety of nutritional and healthy options. The resort also had lots of activities to keep us entertained, such as the water park and outdoor playgrounds.
We were disappointed by the extra charges for certain activities such as the Naughty Castle, video games, Bumper Cars, and Fun Rail. We also found it inconvenient that no outside food or drinks were allowed.

the Spa and wellness centre was impressive, with a variety of treatments like full body massage, back massage and facial among others. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and serene, and the sun terrace was perfect for relaxing under the sun.
The only minor issue I experienced was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious, the menu lacked variety.
